Mayonaka no Occult Koumuin

Arata Miyako is a new employee at the Shinjuku Ward Office, working in the Nighttime Regional Relations Department. Every ward in Tokyo has one of these departments, created to handle supernatural and occult incidents. Arata has a unique ability—he can understand the speech of non-human beings. His story starts when he meets a youkai in Shinjuku Gyoen park, and to his surprise, the creature calls him Abe no Seimei, the famous exorcist from the Heian period.
