Sagara Soma is a die-hard gamer who lives and breathes video games. Ever since he was a kid, he’s dreamed of actually being inside a game world. One day, after ditching his cousin Maki to play games, his wish comes true—he gets pulled into the very game he was playing, “New Communicate Online,” also called “Neko-Mimi-Neko.”
This game is infamous for its brutal difficulty—deceptive quests, overpowered enemies, and tons of glitches that make players rage-quit. Now stuck inside as a beginner character, Soma faces a terrifying question: if he dies here, will he respawn like in a game, or will it be game over for real?
Luckily, he knows every trick, exploit, and hidden mechanic in Neko-Mimi-Neko. If anyone can turn this unfair world to his advantage, it’s him.
