I was sold for the lowest price in my class, even though my personal parameter was actually the strongest. During a school trip, our bus—carrying 32 students from Class 3, Year 2—got summoned to another world. There, we were meant to be sold as pilots for robot-like magical weapons. The selling prices were determined by some mysterious parameter called Ludia.

While some of my classmates fetched high prices with parameters of 10,000 or 20,000, mine was shockingly low—just 2. It seemed unbelievable, but the truth was my parameter was so powerful that it made the measuring machine’s needle spin all the way around. Nobody noticed, though.

Despite having the strongest potential, no one wanted me. In the end, I was traded away like a slave—just two pieces of fruit in exchange.
