Kaoru Hana wa Rin to Saku

In a small town, two high schools stand side by side. Chidori High is known as a rough boys’ school where troublemakers gather, while Kikyo Girls’ School has a pristine reputation. Rintaro Tsumugi, a quiet but strong second-year at Chidori, works at his family’s cake shop. One day, he meets Kaoruko Wakuri, a cheerful girl who visits the shop. Though they enjoy each other’s company, there’s a problem—Kaoruko attends Kikyo Girls’, where students are taught to despise everything about Chidori High. This is a story of two people separated by just a short distance, yet divided by deep-rooted prejudice.
