Ares, the hero, was preparing for the final battle that would decide the fate of the world. But just before the fight, his three companions—friends he’d made along the journey—suddenly turned on him. “We can’t follow you anymore!” they declared, abandoning him.
And that was exactly what Ares had wanted.
His last opponent was the destructive and chaotic entity known as [Demiurge], a being so powerful that survival was uncertain. He couldn’t bear the thought of dragging his friends into a battle they might not return from. So, he deliberately acted like a despicable person, pushing them all away.
Alone, Ares faced the final battle—and perished.

When he woke up, he found himself alive, confused, and completely naked. Even stranger, [Demiurge]—the very being he was supposed to defeat—was peacefully sleeping beside him. What had happened? His memories were hazy.
