Kuro Gyaru-San Ga Kuru! follows the story of an exhausted office worker who stumbles into a café, worn down by the grind of his daily life. As he vents about his struggles, a cheerful gyaru high school girl overhears him. Instead of ignoring his complaints, she listens and lifts his spirits in her own lively, gyaru-style way.
