Lightning Degree

At just ten years old, Ryu-Yeon lost his father to illness. He had learned wood carving from his father and could create incredibly detailed sculptures. One day, after finishing carvings of his parents, an old man noticed his work and was deeply impressed. Seeing Ryu-Yeon’s potential, the man offered to take him on as a disciple. With no home to return to and a desire to live meaningfully, Ryu-Yeon agreed without hesitation.
