Nejimaki Kagyu Negizawa made a heartfelt promise to his frail childhood friend Kagyu Jubei—vowing to become a teacher who would never tolerate bullying. Years later, fate brings them together again under bizarre circumstances. While Negizawa worked hard to become an inspiring educator, Kagyu (who, like many women, had fallen for him) trained relentlessly, sharpening her skills to protect him when they reunited.
