Nozoki Ana follows Tatsuhiko Kido, an art student who moves to Tokyo for school. After settling into his new apartment, he discovers a small hole in the wall that gives him a direct view into his neighbor Emiru Ikuno’s place. One day, he catches her pleasuring herself through the hole. Feeling guilty, he goes to tell her about it, but in a clumsy accident, he trips and ends up on top of her. She snaps a photo of the awkward moment and blackmails him—she’ll delete the picture only if he keeps the hole open. Surprisingly, she offers a deal: he can keep watching her, but she gets to watch him too.
From then on, their lives become a twisted game of mutual voyeurism. The story follows Kido as he navigates his daily life and complicated relationships while dealing with Emiru’s relentless teasing. Eventually, he gives in to temptation, peeping on her again, only to fall into her traps—she records him kissing her and even fondling her.
Later, Kido discovers that his girlfriend, Kotobiki Yuri, is cheating on him with another guy who doesn’t seem to care. Heartbroken, he ends things with her. Yuri tries to win him back, claiming she wants to be with him instead of her other boyfriend, but Kido refuses. The story explores obsession, temptation, and the blurred lines between desire and manipulation.
