Out (Makoto Mizuta)

After spending time in a juvenile facility, 17-year-old Tatsuya Iguchi is finally free but remains under strict probation. Transferred to a new neighborhood to distance him from his former delinquent circle, he now lives with his aunt, who runs a small eatery. Determined to avoid returning to confinement, Tatsuya throws himself into work at the restaurant. Yet, despite his efforts, his aggressive nature and short temper haven’t changed. Old habits die hard, and he keeps finding himself drawn to the same kind of troublemakers he vowed to leave behind. The odds are stacked against him, and staying on the right path won’t be easy. His past looms over him, threatening to pull him back into chaos. Every day becomes a struggle between his desire for a fresh start and the violent impulses he can’t seem to shake. The streets still call to him, and avoiding trouble might be harder than he imagined. His probation officer watches closely, but Tatsuya’s choices will ultimately decide his fate. Will he break free from his destructive patterns, or is history doomed to repeat itself? The challenge of staying out of trouble is just beginning.
