One day, Anise receives a mysterious message on her phone asking if she’d be willing to help. Before she can even think it through, the decision is made for her—she’s suddenly pulled into the world of an otome game. Stunned by her bizarre situation, she’s joined by another girl named Hime, who immediately declares, “I’m the Saintess!” Because of this, Anise is dismissed as worthless and cast aside.
If nothing changes, the neighboring country’s general will die, Hime will rise to power as the saint, and everything will end in tragedy. Determined to take control of her own fate, Anise decides to save the general, rewrite the story, and find a quiet place to live in peace.
At least, that was the plan… but things never go as expected.
