Kogarashi Fuyuzora from *Yuragi-Sou no Yuuna-San* has always had a strange connection to the spirit world—ever since childhood, he’s been plagued by ghostly possessions that caused him endless trouble. But now, he’s learned to fight back against those malevolent spirits. The downside? He’s broke, homeless, and just wants a normal high school life.
Desperate for a place to stay, he stumbles upon Yuragi-sou, a cheap boarding house that used to be a bustling hot springs inn. The rent is dirt cheap for a reason—the place is haunted by the ghost of a high school student whose body was found there. Kogarashi isn’t worried, though. After all, he’s used to dealing with spirits, and the other tenants seem like attractive women, so what’s the harm?
But things take an unexpected turn when he discovers the resident ghost isn’t some terrifying specter—it’s Yuna, a sweet 16-year-old girl who lingers in his room. Instead of exorcising her, Kogarashi decides to help her uncover her unfinished business so she can pass on peacefully before she turns into a vengeful spirit doomed for hell.
And just when he thinks life at Yuragi-sou might settle down, the other tenants start revealing their own supernatural secrets. Turns out, his new home is anything but ordinary!
